Important Library Millage on the May Ballot

Vicki Carpenter spoke on behalf of both the Beulah and Benzonia libraries in support of millage proposals on the May ballot.
She explained that both libraries need broader based, more stable income. Benzonia Township's support of 0.6 mills for 6 years would enable the Benzonia and Darcy Libraries to meet their diverse and changing needs. Members agreed that these libraries provide crucial computer and other services not available elsewhere without cost.
