Club President Diane Miller inducts Mary Wixson into Benzie Sunrise Rotary membership.
Following her induction Mary gave her new member bio. A native of New York, Mary learned in an early job that she loved numbers. She married in 1998 and had two sons, followed by two daughters.
Upon moving to this area Mary worked in a number of jobs that involved community service, including 12 years at the Benzie Schools followed by TCAPS in Traverse City. For the last four years Mary has worked for Honor Bank--a natural given her love for numbers.
Mary lives in Thompsonvllle, where she serves as Village Clerk. With Sunrise Rotary she looks forward to continuing on the path of serving others.
