On Tuesday we also recognized Benzie Central 7th grader Carson Case for Service Above Self.
At school Carson has been involved in sports--baseball, basketball and cross country--as well as in music (solo and ensemble). In the community he has been involved in serveral outrach activities through his church, such as sending cards to shut-ins and serving dinners to residents at The Maples.
Carson enjoys math and would be interested in going into a profession involving numbers. He recognizes the importance of having a strong work ethic, believing that through hard work and discipline you can achieve anything.
