Gaia Pampu was inducted into the Benzie Sunrise Rotary Club this morning and then gave us an amazing New Member presentation
Gaia Pampu is the Systems Resource Manager with Grow Benzie. Gaia has a diverse professional background as a Research Assistant in Wayne State University's Peace and Conflict Studies, the co-founder of the Peace Culture Project, and as a Rotary International Peace Fellow. With half a decade spent in Metro-Detroit, Gaia conducted several ethnographies in China, Mexico, and with the Detroit Public Theater's Shakespeare in Prison program. Gaia's career has been focused on positive peace, social entrepreneurship, and nonprofit administration. She holds an MA in International Development Management with a concentration in Sustainable Development and a BA in Theater and Peace and Conflict Studies.
