Jim Drubert gave the last of the three new member bios.  Like David, his life history included a chapter in South Bend.

Jim went to school at Grand Valley State in Grand Rapids and obtained a degree in Court Administration.  This led to a career as a court administrator in a variety of locations, including the states of Washington, Kansas, Illinois and Ohio.

Jim also served as an administrator at the War Crimes Court in Belgrade, where the locals were warm and friendly despite the NATO bombing they had endured.  This was consistent with what he had heard from his father, who had served in the area in World War II and its aftermath.

Jim said he was moved by importance of the rule of law.  He noted that a recent issue of the Rotarian drew a correlation between the rule of law and Rotary's Four-way Test.  Jim joined Sunrise Rotary out of a desire to work for the community.
