Tonya Smith is the President of Community Hospitals and System Integration for Munson Healthcare. She is also a Cadillac Rotarian.

Through system growth and integration Munson has been able to provide quality healthcare throughout its service territory without losing the local touch. Challenges with such things as the chronic shortage of nurses have been exacerbated by COVID, prompting Munson to add recruitment as a strategic goal.
Through the integration of systems and operations Munson has realized economies of scale while expanding access to care. COVID patients are now treated at all Munson facilities.
