Ryan Clulo is a software development engineer for Atlas Space Operations (as well as the grandson of Sunrise Rotarian Paul Clulo).
Ryan was raised in Traverse City and following graduation from Marquette came back home to work for ATLAS as a software engineer. ATLAS is considered the leader in space-to-ground and ground-to-satellite businesses throughout the world. With his slide presentation Ryan illustrated the dramatic changes in the aerospace business in recent years.
ATLAS has been recognized by the World Teleport Association as one of the fastest-growing teleport operators in the world. ATLAS combines its Freedom software platform with its global antenna network to achieve its mission of connecting humanity through space.
Ryan's responsibilities have included building software interfaces and assembling antenna systems. He also is the chairman of the ATLAS Space Explorers, a non-profit that brings together students from five school districts to conduct experiments and explore space-related career paths.
