
Who knew what fantastic work is being done in a nondescript warehouse in Copemish of all places?! David Milarch spoke with us about the fantastic workl being conducted right here in Copemish.
David Milarch, founder of The Archangel Ancient Tree Archive, spoke with us about his efforts to address the fact that 98% of old growth forest in the US is gone. They include:
- Propagation of the world’s most important old growth trees before they are gone
- Archiving the genetics of ancient old growth trees in living libraries around the world
- Reforesting the earth with the offspring of these trees to provide the myriad of beneficial ecosystem services essential for all life forms to survive.
