The Benzie Sunrise Rotary Club sponsors an annual golf outing that is open to the public. The event will take place at Crystal Mountain Resort on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Crystal Mountain is Northern Michigan’s go-to golf destination. Our course this year is Betsie Valley which has a 4-star rating from Golf Digest Magazine. The Betsie Valley golf course will challenge your skills, up your game, and have you coming back for more. Come join us for a fun day of golf and fellowship on one of the top courses in Michigan, and explore other family activities that Northern Michigan has to offer in Benzie County.
Benzie Sunrise Rotary Club is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives and futures of the youth in Benzie County. All proceeds and sponsorships go directly to support our projects. For example, since 2012, we have contributed more than $38,000 in scholarships for area students. Additionally, the proceeds will go toward literacy efforts, college visits for high school seniors, and other local non-profits. We also support international efforts to build homes in Guatemala, dig wells in Haiti, and help students in Malawi.
