Donna Kennis, personal trainer and wife of Sunrise Rotarian Bill Kennis, explained that good health encompasses physical, mental and social well-being.
While the body is a beautiful machine, one must pay attention to its warnings. Quoting Hippocrates, Donna said that disease "is the result of constant violation of Nature's laws."  As a holistic trainer, Donna looks at more than just the client's physical condition and exercise regimen. Such things as sleep, nutrition and hydration are critical, as are proper movement, thinking and breathing.  
Donna concluded her enegetic presentation with a series of questions for us to ask ourselves in the areas of happiness, quiet, diet and movement.
