Reverend Skip Comer, Pastor at St. Phillip's Episcopal Church in Beulah, spoke in his capacity as Secretary of the Recovery Court Foundation.

Not only a minister but also a former police officer, Rev. Comer is uniquely qualified to address issues of crime and rehabilitation. In view of the unreliability of state funding in the last several years, the Recovery Court Foundation can step in with critical money to keep the Recovery Court operating. Rev.Comer set the stage for the three Recovery Team members who followed him.
