More Paul Harris recognition for Bob

Once again Sunrise Rotarian Bob Istnick receives Paul Harris recognition for his generous contribution to the Rotary Foundation directed to Polio Plus.
In receiving his award Bob talked about a young African boy receiving the oral vaccine, as well as the fact that Nigeria has had no new polio cases for one year.
