A familiar face to us all, Dick talked about the Rotary Student Exchange Program that has a been a joint effort of the Frankfort and Sunrise Clubs since 2009. He also put in a plug for the Council on Aging's Meals on Wheels, a service project of the Frankfort Club for many years.
